Hosers vs. Heart Attacks

Week two of the MNWAHL Winter Season saw the Hosers faceoff against the Heart Attacks. Last time we played them we started the game with seven skaters and ended with five. This game we had just over two lines. The Heart Attacks were clearly the better team, but we played them well. The score stayed close early on as I was playing well, controlling rebounds, and just having a good game. Five of the Heart Attacks’ six goals came off high danger chances, and I felt like I almost had a piece of each of them.

This was a good game despite the score – even better that I didn’t put any pucks in my own net this game. There are some extra clips at the end of the video when my daughter grabbed my GoPro for me. She chauffeured to the game as she needs nighttime driving hours before she can get her driver’s license when she turns 16 in a few short weeks.
