With one win and one loss why not tie in week three of the winter MNWAHL season? With three full lines again we came out strong playing a good team that had a stacked top line that carried the team. We played well, and I even helped set up a breakout that lead to a goal. If they handed out third assists that would have been mine.
I let in five goals, most of which I feel I should have had. One was poked in as I stopped the pock and was going to cover it. Two were just shots that beat me. Despite my unhappiness with my play, the Stop It Goaltending Game Day app says my expected goals against vs goals against was -0.38, meaning I should have allowed just over 5 goals.
Next week’s game falls on my birthday so I’m ready to win that game.
