Sentinels vs Duck Daddies

Looking to keep our dominant season going, we squared up against arguably the second-best team in the league. We came out flying, peering their goalie with 50 shots, while I faced 43 on my end.

The game was a tight one throughout, with neither team having more than a one-goal lead at any point. We were down 2-1, before battling back to a 4-3 win with an interesting end that wasn’t fully captured on camera because of camera placement. One of the Duck Daddies players wasn’t pleased that our defenseman Kaykeugh. Late in the game, she drew a penalty on him as he aggressively got his elbow up on her, and then drove her hard into the boards. Not to end there, the player started flailing their hands so Kayleigh returned blows just as her brother who was on the ice came into the fray to protect his sister. All three players we sent to the locker room, and we held onto the lead to win the game in the closing minutes of the game.

The Stop It Goaltending Game Day app says I should have allowed 4.71 goals so I felt good about the way I played.
