Hosers vs Generals Fall Playoffs
Not my best effort as I let in eight goals, but also not a great defensive effort as a team. We lost a winnable game to end our fall MNWAHL fall season with an 8-7 loss to the GMI Generals. We are now off till after the new year when the winter MNWAHL season begins.
Like watching highlights from other tough games, it was good for me to review the game film to see I did not play as bad as I told myself I did. Sure I let in eight goals, but I did make a lot of saves that somehow kept the Hosers in the game till the final buzzer.
The best thing I can do now is enjoy the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons, then come back ready to compete for the winter 2019 MNWAHL season. I can rest up, make sure any lingering ailments heal up and be in the best beer league shape I can be in come the new year and new season as the Hosers and I strive to bring home a championship t-shirt.
