Sota Stick Hockey Classic – Bill’s Toggery vs Patriot Realty
The last game of pool play in the Sota Stick Hockey Classic has a simple objective for Team Toggery – win or tie and we were in the championship game. It looked like we’d go a clean 3-0 in pool play until team Patriot Realty tied the game with just seconds to play. It was a mistake on my part as I made the first save, and let the rebound sit there rather than covering it because I thought one of the two stick I was looking at belonged to one of my teammates. In the end we tied 3-3 to earn a trip to the Championship, and I got my first assist since squirts.
